Textual Equivalent Bid System

Textual Equivalent Bid System can be enabled via admin panel and once enabled, a new extra field on the Bid page is added and requires a textual equivalent of a submitting bid. This is especially important for the Real Estate legal purposes that require an amount to be actually written up (just like on a bank check) by buyer before he confirms his bid.
