Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page is for California residents exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
1. Overview
NashWorks Productions, Inc. ("NashWorks", "we", "us") respects your privacy rights. Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information to or with third parties. This page explains what information we collect, how it may be shared, and how you can exercise your opt-out right.
2. What “Selling” and “Sharing” Mean
Under the CCPA/CPRA, “selling” means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. “Sharing” means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, whether or not for money.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, we may share certain information with advertising or analytics partners in ways that could qualify as “sharing” under the CPRA. You have the right to opt out of both.
3. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, account ID
- Commercial information — products purchased, order history, payment method type (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers)
- Device and usage data — device type, operating system, browser agent, pages visited, session data
- Geolocation data — approximate location inferred from IP address
- Customer service records — content of support tickets and communications
- Inferences — preferences and behavior patterns derived from usage data
4. Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
California residents may submit an opt-out request at any time. Once your request is verified and processed, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for the purposes described above, unless required by law.
5. Your Rights Under California Law
As a California resident, you may also have the right to:
- Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information

6. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. This means we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
7. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly to confirm the request.
