Live Countdown

Live Countdown can be enabled via admin panel and once enabled, the time that is left in auctions (or ads, items, etc), will tick down dynamically, instead of a static text.

NOTA BENE: Warning for a server that has not met Nash OS minimum requirements, the static text maybe of a better choice.
