How can i control how many items are shown in the CarPaint's Home Page Top Scroller? Where will i find it in the admin panel?

This feature is in Enable/Disable / Home Page Top Scroller of the admin panel - the feature allows you to show the auction titles in the top scroller - please use this field to limit how many items should show in the scroller. The higher the number the slower the home page loads - see the illustrations below -
