How can i setup a Star Rating System for auctions and classifieds? Where will i find it in the admin panel?

This feature is in Enable/Disable / Star Ratings of the admin panel - the feature, once enabled, users will be able to rate auctions and classifieds. This is another way to promote sellers and classified posters by their item popularity - see the illustrations below -
