How can i toggle the 'Exact/Any' field of the search feature? Where will i find it in the admin panel?

This feature is in Enable/Disable / Exact/Any Field of the admin panel - the feature allows an admin to enable it, it will appear in the search feature thru-out the site. Once disabled, it will disappear and all searches will set to ANY option by default - see the illustrations below -
