What Enable credits for topic posts or replies feature does? Where will i find it in the admin panel?

This feature is in Community box of the admin panel - the feature adds an ability to credit a user for posting new forum topics and/or topic replies - nice feature that helps you to get members into participating on your forums - see the illustrations below -
